Reinforcement filling system during NBR foaming14
The mechanical properties of NBR foam without reinforced fillers are very low. After adding reinforced fillers, its mechanical properties are greatly improved. Carbon black is a very effective reinforcing filler. Commonly used carbon black includes grooved carbon black, high wear resistant furnace hide semi reinforced carbon black and spray carbon black. Fine wheel carbon black, such as slot method carbon black adhesive, has good tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, and wear resistance, but poor constant elongation strength, rebound string, and aging resistance. The volume expansion string in the pit is higher than that in the furnace method carbon black adhesive. The high wear-resistant furnace black rubber material has good intermediate strength, aging resistance, and rebound string. The soft carbon black with coarse particles has low tensile strength, but it is beneficial to improve the rebound color of the rubber family and does not change the physical properties of the rubber family when it is filled in large quantities, such as semi reinforced carbon black, spray carbon black, and hot cracking carbon black. For sealing products, the compression deformation and workability of butadiene wax vulcanizate are important performance indicators. Semi reinforced carbon black, spray carbon black and hot cracking carbon black can be selected when minimum compression deformation and large elastic horn are required. The use of these carbon black binders can endow nbr foam rubber with better surface oil performance than high reinforcement carbon black rubber.
